3. A transport charge of $90 (before GST) applies to Deepavali Festive Feast and Festival of Lights Tea Reception menus, and $50 (before GST) applies to Mini Deepavali Party Set, if the total food bill is below $1,500 (before GST).
4. Additional surcharges apply for deliveries to CBD and Sentosa areas, identified by postal codes beginning with 01, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 17, 18, 19, 22, and 23. A $100 surcharge applies to Jurong Island deliveries, with a minimum order of $2,000.
5. Early surcharge $200 (before GST) applies for orders ready between 6am-7am and $150 (before GST) between 7am-7:30am. Minimum food order value is $600 (before GST).
6. For venues without a direct lift, a surcharge of $80 per level applies. Deliveries without a direct lift are limited to a maximum of 3 levels.
7. Self-collection is available at 21 Second Chin Bee Road, Singapore 618780. Kindly select the self-collection option at the checkout page if you would like to self-collect.
8. All items/menus are subject to changes or withdrawal without prior notice at the sole discretion of the company.
9. Food is best consumed within 2 hours upon arrival, in line with SFA's stipulated timeline.
10. There will be NO table setup for Mini Deepavali Party Set. All dishes will be packed in disposable containers. Full set of disposable wares, serviettes, tongs, ladle, and trash bag will be provided.
11. Vegetarian & non-spicy options are available upon request.
12. All menus and promotions are not applicable to official partner venues or contracted venues.
